We use India Post to ship remote locations where above courier companies do not service. Kindly check your pincode for courier service availability, by checking your pincode in the servicable list on the courier company’s web site. If your location is not serviceable by any of the above couriers, we can ship items via India post only. Which may take 3-12 days for delivery?
We take much care to pack the items to be shipped & delivered in safe condition. All our items are packed using plastic bags / carton box / bubble sheet / cushion foam etc. The packing where sealed by adhesive tapes and printed address labels were affixed. We request buyers not to accept parcels if they are torn out / damaged / opened during delivery. Kindly report to us immediately for further actions.

Heavy parcels (above 5kgs): 4-10days to most of the locations by road.
COD/DOD orders will be dispatched only after 2 days due to verification & courier arrangement to pick up.
Delivery time for COD/DOD orders can be extended further 2 more days due to extra processing time taken by courier.
Tracking number for all orders will be updated on the site (my account>Order history) and by email, only after 24 hours of Dispatch of the item. Even if we provide the tracking status prior, the courier company may take at least 12 hours to update details in their website tracking. So kindly be patience until it get updated.
International shipments are processed in 3-7 working days and delivery time will take 10 to 25 days depends on location.
We try our most to fulfill orders as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Borrow Machine system is not liable for any delay in delivery by the Courier Company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the Courier Company or postal authorities within 1 to 10 working days from the date of the order and payment.
Tax Declaration Form:
For Certain States, sales tax declaration forms need to be submitted by the Buyer (Consignee) to the courier company to deliver material properly without any delay.
Uttar Pradesh - Form38, Uttaranchal - Form 16, Uttarkhand-Form38, West Bengal - Form50, Bihar - Way Bill, North eastern states - Road permit
These form need to issue by the buyer (Consignee), if the order value is greater than Rs.10000- or the total weight of the order is more than 10kgs. If buyer refused to submit the above required forms within the prescribed time the item will be returned back to us, by the courier company and it is considered as refused delivery orders. Please refer courier website for more details.
We will provide Tax Invoice in all shipments; Most of the time there won’t be any problem in delivery without above forms. But in some cases where the parcel is heavier than 10kg or if order value is higher than Rs.10000-, then the Item without this forms will not be allowed to enter the state by the tax authorities. At that time courier company will intimate us for issuing the required form. If buyer does not issue the form, then they will return the parcel back to us.

How do I return an item purchased on Borrow Machine?
Returns are easy, simply follow these steps

- Contact us and provide Order ID details.
- Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
- Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
- We do not charge extra for returns and all replacements/pickups are done free of cost.
- Number of days within which return can be initiated varies. You must contact us within the defined period to initiate the return.
- We support Replacement across categories in case of damaged item.

- In case of Refund, the entire amount paid by you including shipping and gift charges are transferred to your account
- Customer Support will inform you about the pickup process. While we pick up originally delivered item from most customer locations, there are certain areas where a pickup cannot be arranged. What is the pickup process? Why I have been asked to ship the item?
Once you have requested for a replacement, we will schedule the pickup of the originally delivered product. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

- In case we can't pick up the item from your location, you can ship it back to us. We will reimburse the shipping charges against the original receipt

Borrow Machine Buyer Protection seeks to help Buyers who have an issue with a product and the Buyer is unconvinced.

When are returns not possible?

How do I cancel an order?

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
